Terms and Conditions BC8MY – Rules & Guidelines for Malaysia Betting Platform

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between BC8MY ("Platform", "us") and you as the user ("Player", "you") who accesses and uses the BC8MY online betting platform via the website bc8my.pro or the official bc8my mobile app.

BC8MY is an online wagering platform offering a wide range of gaming products including video slots, sports betting, online bingo and live casino to eligible players in Malaysia. The platform operates in compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

These Terms take effect from the date you first register a BC8MY account. Any service you use on this platform is subject to these Terms, together with our privacy policy and responsible gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and BC8MY.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the bc8my platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit:

4Deposits & Withdrawals

BC8MY accepts deposits via FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, MAE by Maybank, and USDT. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for crypto transactions.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 for all methods.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account in the name of exactly matching with the name on your bc8my profile.
• Third-party bank accounts or eWallets are not accepted for withdrawals.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method and the player's VIP level.
• Processing time: 15–30 minutes for regular members; faster for VIP members.

BC8MY does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, processing fees imposed by the relevant bank or eWallet may apply and are beyond BC8MY's control.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All BC8MY bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover (re-wagering) requirements set for each offer. The rollover requirement means the bonus amount received must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal is permitted.

6Game Rules

In the event of a technical fault, system disruption, or display discrepancy during a game session, the result recorded by the BC8MY server is final and overrides what is shown on the player's screen.

• Wins will be credited to your account balance automatically once the round is completed.
• BC8MY reserves the right to void bets placed during technical disruptions.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities is a serious violation of these terms.
• Completed game results cannot be amended or voided except for verified technical reasons.

7Account Security

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BC8MY platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering — using the platform to conceal or transfer illicit funds.
• Multiple accounts — registering or operating more than one account.
• Bonus abuse — registering fake accounts or using another person's identity for bonus purposes.
• Use of bots or automated software without written consent from bc8my.
• System bug exploitation to obtain illegitimate wins.
• Making threats or harassment to staff or other players.

9Account Closure & Suspension

BC8MY reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms within this document.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Accepting self-exclusion requests submitted by the player themselves.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the BC8MY support team. Valid account balances (after deducting any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements) will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

10Liability Limits

BC8MY is not liable for any indirect, consequential losses or loss of profits arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruption or unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or eWallets.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access due to player negligence.
• Changes in law affecting a player's ability to access the services.

BC8MY's total liability to any player shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

BC8MY is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.
• Loss limits — limit the amount you can lose within a set time period.
• Temporary self-exclusion — pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

12Terms Amendment
