Not all players are treated equally at bc8my. Our VIP members gain access to a world of exclusive privileges — from premium cashback and elevated withdrawal limits to dedicated personal customer service available around the clock.
There are four VIP membership tiers at bc8my — each tier brings greater privileges and more rewarding benefits.
The bc8my VIP Program is more than just a label — it's our commitment to delivering the best for our loyal members.
Every week, bc8my VIP members receive cashback based on total wagering — the higher your VIP tier, the greater the cashback percentage you earn, up to 12% at Diamond level.
VIP members enjoy significantly higher daily withdrawal limits compared to regular members — Diamond members can withdraw without strict daily caps, ensuring your wins are always accessible.
Gold, Platinum and Diamond members receive a dedicated personal account manager — someone who knows your gaming history and is available to assist with your specific needs at any time.
Bc8my never forgets your special day. Every VIP member receives a personalised birthday bonus tailored to their membership tier — our way of showing how much we appreciate you.
No more waiting in line. bc8my VIP members get access to a priority customer support queue that responds faster and in greater detail than standard channels.
Platinum and Diamond members receive invitations to exclusive events and special bonuses during Malaysia's major celebrations — Hari Raya, New Year, National Day, and more.

The bc8my VIP system is fully automatic and based on your monthly activity. No separate registration or special forms required — the more active you play, the faster you advance to higher VIP tiers.
Your cumulative deposit and wagering total within a calendar month determines your VIP tier for the following month. Our system calculates this automatically and updates your tier at the start of each month.
Real experiences from bc8my VIP members across Malaysia.
"Since reaching Platinum, my experience at bc8my has completely changed. My account manager knows who I am — he knows my favourite games and always keeps me in the loop on relevant promotions. That 8% weekly cashback is something I look forward to every Monday."
"The higher withdrawal limit is what I appreciate most. I used to have to make multiple withdrawals because the limit was too low — now that I'm Gold VIP, everything settles in a single transaction. The process is fast too, funds arrive within 15 minutes."
"As a Diamond bc8my member, I feel genuinely valued. This year's Raya bonus was completely unexpected — credited automatically without me having to request it. Customer support responds within seconds. No other platform comes close."
